The Guayabon tree can get 40 meters tall and develop a straight trunk of 1 meter of diameter, covered by a slim cortex that exfoliate the tree (exfoliation papiracea) in long laminate exposing the new cortex with a light color, getting a typical shape of guayabo or cas tree.

We hear this question a lot: “What happens if I don’t change a deed after a parent passes in Pennsylvania?” The short answer is that not recording the deed makes it impossible to sell the property, get a line of credit or a mortgage. There is also the possibility of liens or judgments against the prior owners that may be attached. And, a new title needs to be issued, which can be tricky without an estate plan. In the estate-planning context, property owners typically name themselves as life tenant and give the remainder interest to the owner’s child or other intended heir. The owner keeps possession of the property for life, and the remainder beneficiary automatically takes title when the owner dies. The downside is that, during life, the owner cannot sell or transfer complete title without the beneficiary’s consent.
